All crockery, glassware and cutlery is supplied in quantity, together with large kitchen implements (roasting dishes, salad bowls, platters, etc) Tea, coffee, organic plunger coffee, NZ olive oil, vegetable oil, flour, sugar, baking powder & soda, salt, pepper and a variety of dried herbs are supplied. The kitchen has a large electric oven and hob, microwave, double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a food processor, toaster, & 2 electric kettles.

Greg & Rachel Hart have been caretakes of the Station for the last 24 years. They have a passion for their environment and its restoration, culminating in their adaption of Regenerative Agriculture working with nature and optimising life on the farm.
